Store Incharge - Bakery Production (Factory)

We are looking for a Store Incharge to manage our bakery production factory store. The role involves handling food raw materials, stock entries, purchase orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between the store and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and issue raw materials for bakery production.
Maintain accurate stock records and update entries in MS Excel*.

Monitor stock levels, raise POs, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain hygiene standards.
Conduct stock audits and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma/+12 with 2-4 years of store or relavent inventory experience (food industry preferred).
Knowledge of bakery/food raw materials handling.
Proficiency in MS Exceland record-keeping.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Salary: UPTO 21000 + Food & accomadation
