Job Description

Responsibilities

Receiving and storing

: Receive, inspect, and store goods from suppliers. Ensure goods are stored properly and in an accessible manner.

Inventory management

: Keep track of inventory levels, and ensure the proper rotation of stock.

Order processing

: Prepare and process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.

Distribution

: Issue and distribute parts and supplies to internal users.

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and other transactions.

Reporting

: Report damaged or missing items, and other abnormal occurrences to management.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with government regulations and company guidelines.

Safety

: Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and neat.

Customer service

: Advise customers on the appropriateness of parts, supplies, or materials.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
