We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Store Manager

with a minimum of

1 year of relevant experience

in store operations and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff. Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure proper display of products. Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor store performance and report sales figures. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store. Implement store policies and procedures effectively. Handle billing, cash management, and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store management. Good communication and leadership skills. Good understanding of inventory and sales tracking systems. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Candidates from

Vadavalli, KNG Pudur, Somayampalayam, Edayarpalayam, Kavundampalayam, or Kanuvai

will be given preference.
