We are a premium pet grooming studio and pet retail store committed to providing top-quality services and products for pet parents and their furry companions. With a strong presence in the pet care industry, we are looking for a proactive and responsible Store In-Charge to manage our Alwarpet branch efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

Ensure the day-to-day functioning of the store including cleanliness, product display, inventory management, and grooming studio upkeep.

Customer Service:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, provide product or service recommendations, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Team Supervision:

Oversee grooming staff and support team, manage work schedules, and ensure quality standards in grooming and customer interaction.

Inventory & Stock Handling:

Track stock levels, handle inward and outward stock, coordinate with suppliers for replenishments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Sales & Billing:

Manage the billing counter, process payments (cash, UPI, card), achieve monthly sales targets, and upsell products and grooming packages.

Appointments & CRM:

Schedule grooming appointments, manage booking calls/messages, and maintain a customer database for follow-ups and loyalty programs.

Reporting:

Maintain daily sales and grooming reports, expense records, and coordinate with the head office on store performance and requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or and 10 +2 Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil Basic knowledge of MS Excel Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Pet-friendly and passionate about animals

Work Timings:

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekly off: Tuesday or based on shift rotation)

Salary:

?18,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
