Role and responsibilities
Maintaining and Managing Store Inventory
Scheduling Staff
Customer Relations
Mentoring Team Members
Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirementto maintain minimum stock value.
Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans.
Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimumstockvalues.
Quarterly audit of material inventory. Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumptionswith T codes like standard procedure, Stock summary & Reports withcorrectattributes, compilation for GRN & Material code, WBS &Plant codeformalities.
Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along withcorrectsupportive points (Budget, Material code & Plant code).
Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materialsasper purchase order, similarly follow-ups for their payments &compliancelike vendor code, vendor registration & Vat certificates etc.
Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report. Requirements and skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team working skills. Strong attention to detail.
Is familiar with store operations such as product stocking, customer service,and inventory management
Demonstrates exemplary customer relations expertise.
Ability to process financial transactions in an accurate manner.
Presents sound judgment when addressing workplace issues.
Exhibits strong leadership capabilities with employees
Requirements and skills
Stays abreast of industry trends to ensure maximumprofitability.
Proficient in MS Office, Tally.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor Degree in any Specialization.
First reference- In field BBA, MBA, Logistic or related field Experience
2 to 7 Years' of experience needed in Store Department with any industry.
First reference- which includes sanitary equipment like Pipes, Pumps, Valves,Tubes, Fittings, etc.
Have worked with industries like Chiller, Compressor, Pumps, Valves, etc.
Professional accreditation with an industry related body wouldbeadvantageous.
Salary xe2x82xb920,000 - xe2x82xb930,000 per month no bargaining for right candidates
