Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store In charge to oversee our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality goods and services in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures. Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely availability of materials. Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials. Monitor and optimize space utilization within the store. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area. Train and supervise store staff. Handle stock discrepancies and report irregularities to management. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ABC classification. Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Skills:

Expertise in procurement strategies and inventory management techniques. Strong analytical skills for inventory analysis and MIS reporting. Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
