Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and maintain proper stock levels.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials/goods.
Issue materials to departments/workshops as per requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records in physical registers and computer systems (MS Excel).
Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and audits.
Monitor and prevent loss, theft, or damage of goods.
Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for material requirements and bills.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety norms in the store.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email, ERP preferred).
Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations (preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
