Store Incharge
to manage day-to-day retail store operations. The ideal candidate must have a
strong background in retail
, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and supervise the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
Implement visual merchandising and ensure store displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Track sales and performance metrics and report to higher management regularly.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Prevent stock loss through regular audits and loss prevention practices.
Plan duty rosters and manage staff scheduling efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
