Job Description

Inventory Control

- Maintaining accurate stock records (physical vs. system), avoiding shortages or overstock.

Receipts & Issues

- Checking incoming materials against purchase orders and issuing items to production/operations as per indents.

Quality Check

- Ensuring goods received are in proper condition, within expiry, and stored correctly.

Storage Management

- Proper stacking, FIFO/FEFO system, hygiene standards, temperature-controlled storage if needed.

Documentation & ERP Entry

- GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, return notes, daily stock registers.

Coordination

- With purchase team, accounts (for bills), production, and dispatch/logistics.

Security & Safety

- Safeguard against pilferage, fire, and mishandling.

Reporting

- Daily/weekly stock reports, consumption trends, slow/fast-moving items.

Man Management

- Supervising storekeepers, helpers, and loaders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
