The Store In-Charge is responsible for the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, proper stock management, staff supervision, and excellent customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
Supervise and guide store staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
Ensure proper stocking, display, and merchandising of products
Maintain accurate inventory records and handle stock inward/outward
Monitor sales, prepare daily/weekly sales reports, and meet targets
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock replenishment
Manage billing, cash handling, and closing procedures
Prevent theft, damage, and inventory loss
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Previous experience in retail or store management
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, inventory systems)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
