Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly candidate to work as Store Incharge at Just4 Pet Store while also promoting Ninja Dog Food - Godrej products.

The role includes store operations, customer engagement, maintaining product display, and assisting pet parents with the right nutrition choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Incharge Duties:

1. Oversee daily store operations

2. Maintain cleanliness, product arrangement, and store discipline

3. Handle billing support (if required)

4. Ensure stock availability and coordinate with suppliers

5. Maintain store opening & closing procedures

Promoter (Ninja Dog Food) Duties:

1. Promote and explain Ninja Dog Food products to customers

2. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

3. Provide product knowledge and guide pet parents

4. Build good relationships with customers and store visitors

5. Support brand visibility and display management

Requirements:

Freshers welcome

Added advantage if you have:

1. Pet shop experience

2. Pet food knowledge

3. Sales & marketing skills

4. Good communication skills

5. Strong interpersonal skills

6. Punctual, responsible, and able to handle store independently

Salary:

?12,000 - ?23,000 (based on performance & experience)

Work Timings:

10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday Holiday
