A Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities



Inventory Management. - Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register

Receipt and Dispatch of Materials.

Executing all Day to Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Proper storage and Handling of Materials.

Maintain proper records of Material.

Maintain all store reports in Manual / Software.

Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.

Preparing MIS on routine basis.

Calculate slow moving and non-moving stock.

Monthly store stock verification and stock valuation and reporting to head.

Goods inwards material receiving and inspecting and generating GRN.

Maintaining the records of product inwards and outwards.

Basic tally accounts entry

Qualification required



Any UG degree

(Degree in Commerce preferred)



Minimum 1 year experience required

Must have good knowledge in MS-Excel and MS-word.

Knowledge in Tally preferable

Must have basic communication skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
