About the Company

We are a growing

perfume, deodorant, and skincare manufacturing company

committed to delivering high-quality and innovative personal care products. Our focus is on efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining high standards in every aspect of operations, including inventory management.

We are looking for a

Store In-charge

to manage and oversee all inventory, materials, and supplies in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth stock operations, proper documentation, and timely availability of materials for production, packaging, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all

incoming and outgoing materials

for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Maintain

accurate inventory records

and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure proper

storage, handling, and labeling

of materials in compliance with GMP and company standards. Monitor

stock movement

and coordinate with production, QA/QC, and procurement teams. Perform

regular stock audits

and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure timely issuance of materials for production as per

production schedules

. Manage and supervise store staff and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain proper documentation for all stock-related activities and generatereports. Implement

safety and security measures

within the store.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Education:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline

(B. Sc in Chemistry or related field preferred). Experience:

3-5 years as a Store In-charge or Store Supervisor

in

Cosmetics, Perfume, Deodorant, or FMCG industries.

Knowledge of

inventory management, stock control, and material handling

. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in

computer operations and inventory software

. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Local candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ?25,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience and skills). Growth opportunities in a fast-growing cosmetics and fragrance manufacturing company. Exposure to end-to-end store management and inventory control in aprofessional environment.
