Job Title:

Store Incharge

( INDUSTRY - SPORTS )

Job Summary:

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing all activities related to the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished sports goods. The role ensures the finished products are properly stored, inventoried, and dispatched as per the schedule while maintaining quality standards and documentation. The role requires strong coordination with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing finished goods. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Ensure proper storage conditions (shelving, labeling, stacking) to avoid damage. Implement FIFO/LIFO practices as required.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for dispatch planning. Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per customer orders. Generate delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and other dispatch-related documents.

4. Team Supervision:

Allocate tasks and monitor daily performance . Train and guide team members on best practices and safety protocols.

5. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store and finishing areas.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, etc.). Good leadership and team handling abilities. Familiarity with sports goods and their handling requirements. Attention to detail and quality control. Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in a sports goods or manufacturing environment. Experience in SPORTS INDUSTRY is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Factory/warehouse environment. May require extended hours during peak dispatch seasons.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
