We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Incharge to manage our company's store operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in inventory management, stock handling, and record keeping. He will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the store and supporting other departments by maintaining accurate stock data.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and stock control
Maintain accurate records of material receipts and issues (inward/outward entries)
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping of all materials in the store
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments regarding material requirements
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly stock reports with management
Supervise unloading, loading, and material dispatch activities
Implement proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Store Incharge / Store Keeper
Strong knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory software (preferred)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
