We are hiring a

Store Incharge

to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of inward and outward stock movement. The candidate should be experienced in handling stock records, supervising store staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations and inventory control Monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials Maintain stock register and update ERP/software regularly Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams Ensure proper documentation and labeling of goods Supervise store assistants/helpers

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in any field 1-3 years of experience in store or warehouse management Knowledge of inventory software/ERP (preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good communication and team handling skills
