We are seeking an experienced and responsible

Store In-Charge

to manage the daily operations of our mobile and laptop showroom located in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing electronic retail stores, strong leadership qualities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management Ensure proper display and merchandising of products Manage stock levels, track sales, and ensure timely reordering of items Supervise and coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly targets Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide product recommendations Maintain accurate billing and ensure smooth cash and digital transactions Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store In-Charge or Store Manager in a mobile/laptop showroom or similar electronics retail store Good knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, and related accessories Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two or Degree preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
