Job Description

A Store Incharge is responsible for daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service, all while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Key duties involve inventory control, staff management (hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations), sales monitoring, cash handling, maintaining the store's appearance, and implementing promotional activities to achieve profitability goals. Core Responsibilities

Inventory Management

: Overseeing stock levels, receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock is available to meet demand.

Staff Supervision

: Managing store staff by creating work schedules, providing training and coaching, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Customer Service

: Ensuring high standards of customer service, resolving complaints, and training staff on product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Operations & Compliance

: Managing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Financial & Sales Duties

Sales Monitoring

: Tracking sales performance against set targets and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Cash Handling

: Handling daily cash, managing banking activities, and reconciling cash registers to ensure financial accuracy.

Promotional Activities

: Coordinating and implementing promotional events and strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks

Reporting

: Generating reports on store performance for senior management and providing insights for future improvements.

Vendor Relations

: Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of inventory and supplies.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining all necessary store reports and records, which may be done manually or through a Store Management System (ERP) software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
