Ensuring the store runs smoothly, including opening and closing procedures, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Managing and Supervising Staff:
Hiring, training, and mentoring staff, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, receiving and storing goods, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Financial Management:
Managing cash handling, preparing reports, and potentially managing store budgets.
Compliance:
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant guidelines.
Communication and Coordination:
Effectively communicating with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Promotional Activities:
Implementing promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic and sales.
Reporting:
Preparing regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
