Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment; maintain proper inventory records; and support project operations through effective material management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Conduct physical verification of stock periodically and reconcile with system records. Prepare and maintain material receipt notes (MRN), issue slips, and stock registers. Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and invoice verification. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Maintain records of consumables, spare parts, tools, and equipment issue/return. Track and control wastage and ensure scrap disposal as per company policy. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements in the store area. Support monthly and annual stock audits and prepare related reports. Coordinate with site engineers for timely material issuance as per work requirements.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Material Management). Certification in

Inventory / Store Management

is an added advantage. 4-8 years of experience in store management at construction, infrastructure, or industrial project sites.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
