Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, inward/outward entry, and storage.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
Monitor and control stock levels, avoid shortages and excess inventory.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for smooth supply chain.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely material availability.
Supervise store staff and assign responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in store management / inventory control.
Knowledge of
MS Excel, ERP, or inventory software
.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
