We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Store Incharge
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be accountable for inventory management, stock control, and smooth functioning of all store-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily store operations.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns.
Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments regarding stock requirements.
Monitor material inward and outward movements with proper documentation.
Prevent stock shortages and excess by ensuring optimal inventory levels.
Manage store staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Generate MIS reports related to stock and inventory.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience as Store Incharge/Store Supervisor (3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
