Managing Plant Operations

: Oversee production planning, quality control, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of ready mix concrete products.

Quality Control

: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and efficiency.

Inventory Management

: Manage RMC batching and dispatch processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective plant maintenance and safety protocols.

Customer Service

: Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Team Management

: Supervise and motivate the team to deliver top-notch service and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing. These responsibilities are crucial for the smooth operation of the RMC plant and contribute to the overall success of the company.
