Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge with 4-6 years of experience to manage store operations efficiently at our Navi Mumbai location. The Store Incharge will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, documentation, coordination with departments, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Maintain accurate inward and outward entries with proper documentation. Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records. Verify materials as per purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices. Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials. Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase department. Coordinate with purchase, accounts, site, and operations teams. Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation. Maintain records for returns, rejected, or damaged materials. Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping norms. Prepare monthly stock and consumption reports. Support audits with proper documentation. Issue materials only against authorized requisitions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical/ Civil Engineer- Graduate / Diploma 4-6 years of experience as Store Incharge Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work independently
