Responsibilities:
1.
Hub Operations
Manage overall functioning of the Milk Hub.
Ensure timely receipt, sorting, and dispatch of milk crates.
Maintain hub hygiene, safety, and compliance.
2. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock (milk, crates, packaging).
Prevent stock loss, leakage, and pilferage.
Daily stock reconciliation and reporting
3. Staff Coordination
Manage delivery boys, helpers, and supervisors.
Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Allocate routes with the Logistics Manager.
4. Delivery & Dispatch
Updated Timing:
Supervise morning dispatch: 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM
Ensure orders are sorted, verified, and dispatched on time.
Handle escalations or last-minute delivery changes.
5. Quality & Compliance
Monitor milk handling temperature and hygiene.
Follow SOPs and reduce wastage.
6. Reporting
Daily reporting on stock, dispatch, crates, attendance, and issues.
Maintain proper documentation and route monitoring.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in FMCG, dairy, logistics, or store operations.
Ability to manage *early morning operations (2 AM shift) .
Good team management, problem-solving, and computer skills.
