Position Summary
- The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the complete store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, stock accuracy, and documentation. This role ensures smooth material flow for production and maintains proper inventory control in line with company standards and electrical switchgear manufacturing requirements.

A. Inventory & Material Management o Manage end-to-end store operations for raw materials, electrical components, finished goods, and consumables. o Ensure proper stocking, labeling, binning, and segregation of materials

D. Compliance
, Safety & Process Control o Ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards within the store area. o Implement processes for material tracking, FIFO, and FEFO. o Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
E. Team Supervision & Coordination
o Lead and supervise store staff, helpers, and material handlers. o Coordinate effectively with the purchase, production, planning, and QC departments.
3. Skills & Competencies Required
o Strong knowledge of inventory management processes in electrical switchgear or heavy electrical manufacturing. o Hands-on experience with ERP and advanced Excel. o Thorough understanding of electrical components, panels, wiring materials, and switchgear items. o Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills. o Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines. o Good communication and team-handling skills
4. Qualification
o BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical or related field. o Certification in Store/Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
