Position Overview: Store In-Charge
We are seeking a
Store In-Charge
to manage material inventory, receipts, and issue records at the project site. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in store management within the construction or real estate industry and should ensure accurate stock maintenance and timely material availability for project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records of materials received, issued, and balance stock.
Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system records.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock reports.
Prevent material loss, damage, or wastage through proper checks.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Material Management / Civil background preferred.
3-4 years of experience in store management at construction sites.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP (if applicable).
Attention to accuracy and record-keeping.
