Responsibilities
Manage procurement processes for all school supplies and equipment.
Maintain and update a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Coordinate with school departments to understand their procurement needs.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve any discrepancies.
Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
