The Store In-charge will manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, procurement, GST compliance, quality checks, and maintaining accurate records. The role ensures timely material delivery, adherence to safety standards, and smooth operations across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, perform audits, and update records.
Procurement:
Coordinate with purchasing for timely material procurement and verify deliveries.
GST & Tax Compliance:
Manage GST returns, e-way bills, and ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate.
Quality Control:
Supervise material quality checks and generate quality reports.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
Team Leadership:
Lead the store team, ensure effective task delegation, and provide training.
Coordination:
Work with production, procurement, and finance teams for smooth material flow.
Required Skills:
Experience in store management and inventory control (2-3 years).
Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and taxation regulations.
Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally).
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
