Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, quality and quantity verification, and proper documentation of all incoming materials. Prepare material requests and indents as per project requirements. Conduct site visits for physical stock verification and audits. Perform regular material reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain and update inventory records and documentation systematically. Manage materials and assets efficiently to optimize resource utilization. Utilize ERP software effectively for inventory tracking and management. Ensure adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system for inventory control. Possess knowledge of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes. Have a strong understanding of construction materials and their specifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate with a

degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of

residential construction site

material handling. Proficiency in

ERP software

for inventory and stock management. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
