Excel Healthcare is a growing medical device distribution company supporting
orthopedic and arthroscopy surgeries
across leading hospitals. We are looking for a
Store In-Charge
to manage our implants & instruments store and ensure
error-free, on-time dispatches
to hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock of implants & instruments (orthopedics, joints, scopy etc.).
Prepare and dispatch complete case kits based on surgery schedules.
Maintain accurate records (inward, outward, returns, expiry, damage).
Coordinate with Scrub Technicians, Delivery Assistants, and Accounts for smooth operations.
Implement and follow SOPs to
prevent missed implants and dispatch errors.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in
medical store / hospital OT store / pharma or device distribution
.
Strong attention to detail, especially with sizes and batch numbers.
Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp).
Willingness to work in a
fast-paced, surgery-driven environment.
