Maintain sufficient stock through daily/weekly counts using Tally, Excel, or manual tracking.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely stock replenishment.
Storage & Handling:
Ensure storage and handling as per
FAMI-QS
and
ISO 22000
guidelines.
Perform daily store operations as per
SOPs
.
Follow proper storage procedures -- stacking, labeling, and segregation.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare
GRN
and
Material Intimation Notes
for received materials.
Perform daily
storage condition monitoring checks
.
