Straits Laundry is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced

Store Incharge

to manage our laundry pick-up shop operations in

Tada

. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good understanding of logistics related to laundry pick-up and drop services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the laundry pick-up store Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner Receive, tag, inspect, and log laundry items accurately Coordinate timely pick-up and drop of laundry items to and from the main processing unit Maintain records of customer orders, payments, and delivery schedules Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store at all times Handle customer queries, complaints, and special instructions efficiently Prepare daily operational and sales reports Supervise store inventory, packaging materials, and delivery supplies Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, customer service, or store operations

Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory

Good knowledge of local routes for laundry pick-up and drop Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, , etc.) Must be punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused Only candidates residing in or around
