Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations

Manage daily store activities, including inventory handling and stock updates. Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and customer-ready. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock movements.

Sales & Marketing

Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services. Conduct customer visits to build strong relationships and generate leads. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed. Provide product demonstrations to customers when required.

Customer Service & Support

Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Visit customer sites to provide service support, if necessary. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and follow-up service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.). Willingness to travel for customer visits as needed.
