Job Description

General control over the raw materials department. Execute inventory control measure to ensure minimum raw material & consumables stock holding for smooth operation. Supervising the store personnel to ensure all the materials are properly arranged in designated location. Raising purchase request when necessary and following up with purchase for the entire pending PR to ensure material received on time. Monitoring the incoming materials from consignee with proper documents Check and approves posted purchased receipts through ERP.
oMonitoring of all MRF issuance for designated production Lines.

Notify the concern department for stock updates regularly and when needed. Communicate with production if there is any issue or variation in raw material consumption. Ensure all processing materials by First in First out (FIFO) system. Must have strong personality and positive attitude who can handle store independently. Making sure store is organized and tidy. Maintaining store stock level to avoid "Out of Stock" situations. Makes count sheet for Asst. Store Keeper for physical counting when needed. Ensures on time arrival of requested stocks through coordination to the purchaser. Provides month end balance of store. Monitors stocked in and stocked out of materials to avoid excess or shortage in the inventory. Coordinating with Line Manager for the entire store operations
