Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of food items, beverages, and supplies
Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely stock replenishment
Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products
Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store as per food safety standards
Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely
Prepare daily sales, stock, and expense reports
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety rules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
