Branch Incharge - Sales (Mobile Accessories & IT Products)

The Branch Incharge will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on achieving sales targets for mobile accessories and IT products, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for mobile accessories & IT products. Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/retail network. Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market share.

Branch Management

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, stock, and customer service. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and promotions at the branch. Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with HO for stock replenishment.

Team Leadership

Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve branch goals. Provide training and guidance on products, sales techniques, and customer handling. Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline & compliance with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key clients. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for smooth branch operations. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills:



3-7 years of sales/branch management experience in

mobile accessories, electronics, or IT products

. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good knowledge of mobile accessories, IT hardware, and related market trends. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic MIS reporting.
