Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge to oversee daily operations of our store, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure a smooth and efficient store workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all store operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
Receive, inspect, and store materials/products as per company standards.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods to respective departments or clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments.
Implement and follow safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
