Maintain accurate inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain records.
Prepare and update stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and daily consumption reports.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
Liaise with suppliers and transporters for smooth delivery and returns.
Implement safety protocols in material handling and storage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2-5 years experience
as Storekeeper/Store In-Charge in civil construction.
Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for stock management.
Male candidate prefered ,Strong organizational and documentation skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
