We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the resort's inventory operations efficiently. The candidate must be experienced in handling stock, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and must have hands-on knowledge of IDS Software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain overall store operations and inventory levels.
Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials as per the purchase orders.
Issue materials to various departments as per requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, and consumption reports.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all materials.
Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile stock variances.
Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with resort SOPs related to store management.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports through IDS.
Maintain hygiene and organization within the store premises.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as Store Incharge/Store Executive, preferably in hospitality.
Mandatory knowledge of IDS Software.
Strong understanding of inventory management and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and strong organisational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
