1. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
2. Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
3. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
4. Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
5. Protect employees and production team by providing a safe and clean store environment
6. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
7. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
