: Store Incharge

Location: Manufacturing Unit

Reporting Manager: GENRAL MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Creating of loading slip as per work orders.

? Making the balance materials list for sites.

? Materials issue to the fabrication and lining departments.

? Updating daily materials issue to tarnzact.

? Unloading daily materials at the factory.

? Quality inspection at the store.

? Updating the received materials in transact.

? Giving report at the EOD to GM and production supervisor.

? Responsible for all the materials for reaching at the site and communicating with site supervisors if any shortage.

? Taking and updating stock on a daily basis.

? Keeping Block-B clean and tidy.

? Vehicle Planning (Tata Mobile).

? Helpers and loaders planning.

? Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.

? Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

? Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.

? Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

? Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.

? Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

? Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock.

? Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic.

Skills & Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

? Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing company.

? Proven experience in a Manufacturing unit.

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

? Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

? Knowledge of ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite.

? Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
