We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Store In-Charge
to manage the daily operations of the hotel store. The role involves receiving and issuing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and hygiene, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill their supply requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Maintain proper storage of food, beverages, and other hotel supplies in clean and hygienic conditions.
Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items in registers or software.
Issue materials to departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) against approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels regularly and inform management/purchasing team for reordering.
Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Report damaged, expired, or missing items immediately.
Ensure proper labeling, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and safe storage practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
Support cost control by avoiding wastage and ensuring accountability of issued stock.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in stores/inventory handling, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software (preferred).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and integrity in handling stock.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices for food and non-food items.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
