We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and organized Store In-charge to oversee all storing operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will manage the hotel's inventory, ensure smooth store operations, supervise staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with purchasing and other departments to meet hotel goals.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record goods delivered to the store; ensure they match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and condition.
Manage inventory levels: maintain par levels, monitor usage, and initiate orders to avoid shortages or overstock.
Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, delivery notes, invoices, etc.
Supervising store staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
Maintain the store area: cleanliness, organization, proper storage, and hygiene.
Reject or report damaged or substandard items.
Coordinate with Purchasing / Procurement to place orders, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely deliveries.
