Position

: Store In charge

Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:

Fill Goods Inward, Day Book, and Daily Collection Register.

Arrange and complete inspections during monthly stock check audits.

Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse area.

Maintain all materials handling equipment in good condition.

Document receipts and issues accurately and verify stock at all stages.

Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished coffee products.

Maintain stock levels per production requirements and reorder levels.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verifications.

Monitor FIFO/FEFO principles for stock rotation.

Supervise warehouse staff for loading, unloading, stacking, labelling, and cleanliness.

Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward goods.

Maintain warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.

Monitor storage conditions per food safety and company standards.

Maintain records of GRNs, stock registers, dispatch invoices, and gate passes.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with QA for quality checks on received and stored coffee products.

Coordinate with production team for indent and issue of materials from stores.

Coordinate with procurement and accounts for inward material reconciliation.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE by warehouse staff.

In absence of warehouse in charge Production manager will handle the responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
