We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Store In-Charge
to manage all store operations efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth material movement, and timely procurement to support our production and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast demand and plan raw material requirements accurately.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels with regular reporting.
Receive and store materials systematically, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
Inspect incoming materials for damages or discrepancies and coordinate with accounts for resolution.
Raise material requisitions (MR) in a timely manner and coordinate with the purchase team for follow-ups.
Minimize stock-outs and avoid overstocking through proper planning.
Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and suggest preventive actions.
Maintain thorough documentation for all receipts, issues, shortages, and dispatched materials.
Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
Oversee outward movement of goods and ensure all related activities are well-managed.
Ensure proper storage practices using stacking norms and FIFO/FEFO methods.
Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Train subordinates on new products and raw material handling procedures.
Conduct monthly physical stock reconciliations and report variances.
Supervise casual laborers and delegate tasks effectively.
Schedule and track pending and upcoming orders.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Analyze demand trends and logistics data to forecast future needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and team goals.
Propose and implement cost-reduction strategies and supply chain efficiencies.
Foster a positive and productive work culture within the store team.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in inventory/supply chain management
Experience in a manufacturing setup (interior industry preferred)
Proficiency in ERP systems
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
