Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock in/out, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and expenses.
Handle cash/cheque management, deposits, and ensure financial discipline.
Support sales team in meeting targets through customer interaction, upselling, and cross-selling.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and problem resolution.
Maintain store housekeeping, display, and compliance with company policies.
Plan and assign daily tasks to team members, monitor performance, and guide them positively.
Handle basic store-level petty expenses and vendor coordination.
Ensure safety, security, and proper upkeep of store equipment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage inventory efficiently.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Good communication and leadership skills to manage a team.
Discipline, reliability, and accountability.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting (preferred).
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Business background preferred).
Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or store management desirable.
