Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Support sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist customers with product queries, guidance, and after-sales support.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and staff performance.
Implement promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement.
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail store management or sales support.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle inventory and basic accounting or billing software.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of tiles, bath fittings, and sanitary ware is a plus.
