Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing overall store operations including inventory control, material receipt, storage, issuance, documentation, and coordination with departments to ensure smooth and accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records in system and physical registers.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Material Receipt & Issue
Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, inward and outward entries.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all store-related records such as inward, outward, stock register, and scrap records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice matching and stock valuation.
Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Support internal and external audits.
Handle vendor and transporter coordination related to material movement.
Experience
2+ years of experience in store or inventory management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
