Must have experience in garment export house Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, fabrics, and finished goods. Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications. Ensure proper labeling and categorization for easy retrieval. Supervise and manage the daily store activities, ensuring compliance with company policies. Develop and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials. Monitor the movement of goods to/from the store to minimize discrepancies. Collaborate with the production, quality, and merchandising teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to track the delivery of goods. Maintain updated stock records in the inventory management system. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, material usage, and shortages. Ensure all documentation complies with audit requirements. Lead and guide the store staff to ensure smooth operations. Conduct training sessions to improve store efficiency and accuracy. Ensure the store is compliant with safety and cleanliness standards. Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or mishandling.
